An Annual council tax bill can be accepted, all other documentation must be dated within 90 days prior to vehicle hire 



Step 1:


Check our availability calendar to ensure your chosen holiday dates are available, select the dates and book your next adventure.  Once booked you will be required to pay an initial deposit along with the remaining balance to be paid 14 days prior to your adventure with us.  You will also be required to pay a security deposit of £1,000 for the motorhome, this is an insurance requirement and is held whilst the vehicle is out on hire.  Upon safe return of the vehicle in a clean and damage-free condition this deposit will be returned within 7 days, however, this will often be within 48 hours providing there are no issues with damage ect. 


Step 2:


Once you have selected and booked your chosen dates you can begin plannig your itinerary to ensure your next trip will be full of lasting memories.  If you need any assistance with this please get in touch and we can help you.


Step 3:


Prior to your holiday with us we will require a DVLA check code and driving licence number of all drivers named during the hire period. This can be done upto 7 days prior to your holiday to make the handover procedure smoother and prevent any last minute problems.





On The Day Of Your Hire


On the day of your hire, you will be required to bring your driving license as this must be photocopied for insurance purposes. You will also need to bring proof of address, these documents must be less than 90 days old. Two different proofs of address are required from the list on the left.


We will check the vehicle with you and document any existing damage which you will not be liable for, You will be given a comprehensive handover and shown how all of the features work on the motorhome along with access to videos explaining everything prior to and during your hire in case you forget or have any questions we are also only a call or text away.  

Once you are happy with everything and we have answered any questions you are ready to load up your belongings, passengers, food and bedding and hit the road.


Returning the Motorhome: 

 

On the last day of your Hire, we request that the motorhome is returned in a clean and damage-free condition by 7pm.  Due to other work commitments, we can offer a drop box facility for returning the vehicle keys once you have unloaded your personal belongings from the vehicle if we are unavailable.   Once the vehicle is returned it will be checked for any damage and personal belongings. Providing the vehicle is damage free and in a clean condition your security deposit will be returned within approximately 48 hours), if there is any damage, we will need to obtain quotations for repair before releasing the remainder of your deposit.  We understand accidents do happen, to make things as smooth as possible please advise us of any damages as soon as possible as we may be able to order in replacement parts prior to your return.


You must return the motorhome with a full tank of diesel and all wastewater and toilet cassettes must be empty and in a clean condition. (cleaning fees will apply if this is not adhered to) 


We are unfortunately unable to accept hire payments or deposits via cash for security and insurance reasons.
